Horizon stands out from conventional welcome trays with its innovative features. It offers a variety of tea and coffee types stored in glass tubes, allowing guests to customize the strength of their brew. The design also incorporates a third dimension for storing glasses, protecting their interiors from dust. An additional glass is provided for used infusers, further enhancing the user experience.

The tray is crafted from joined plywood plates, while the jars and tubes are made of glass, and the mats are made of aluminum. This combination of materials not only ensures durability but also contributes to the product's aesthetic appeal. The dimensions of the tray are 520mm*260mm*300mm, and it weighs 2kg, making it a compact and lightweight addition to any hotel room.

Horizon's design process began in March 2017 and concluded in January 2018 in Ankara. The primary challenge was optimizing the placement of components and dimensions of the body. However, the team, including Levent Muslular and Berkehan Köseoğlu, successfully overcame this, resulting in a product that seamlessly blends form and function.

The product also comes with an instruction card detailing usage amounts and brewing times for different drinks. The labels on the glass tubes indicate the type of drinks, and two infusers and a sugar jar are provided for convenience. Despite being made of wood, Horizon is easy to clean, thanks to its water-resistant matte varnish coating.

Horizon's commitment to sustainability and innovation has not gone unnoticed. The design was awarded Silver in A' Bakeware, Tableware, Drinkware and Cookware Design Award in 2018. This prestigious accolade is given to designs that demonstrate outstanding expertise and innovation, and Horizon certainly fits the bill.
